Default Cube Overhand Knot

The first knot I ever tried to do in Blender, this was originally started as a default cube exersize. it’s a cube, subdivided, twisted, and arrayed along a curve. The curve was created by extruding the handle points.  I was trying to practice a more mono colored scheme.  For the background, I was seeing if I could get the bands to go radially (in a circle)
